The company draws up and publishes, within three years, concrete and feasible implementation plans for all final energy savings measures identified as economically viable in the energy or environmental management system under Section 8(1), in a system under Section 8(3) of the Energy Services Act, or in an energy audit under Section 8(1), first sentence, of that Act. A measure is economically viable if, under the assessment in accordance with DIN EN 17463, it shows a positive net present value after at most 50 per cent of its useful life, limited to measures with a useful life of no more than 15 years; useful life is determined from the depreciation tables of the Federal Ministry of Finance. The three-year period starts with the completion of the re-certification or the renewal registration, or with the completion of the energy audit. Information subject to the protection of trade and business secrets or of confidentiality is excluded from publication.

Das Unternehmen erstellt und veröffentlicht binnen drei Jahren konkrete, durchführbare Umsetzungspläne für alle Endenergieeinsparmaßnahmen, die im Energie- oder Umweltmanagementsystem nach § 8 Absatz 1, im System nach § 8 Absatz 3 EDL-G oder in einem Energieaudit nach § 8 Absatz 1 Satz 1 EDL-G als wirtschaftlich identifiziert worden sind. Wirtschaftlich ist eine Maßnahme, wenn sich nach der Betrachtung gemäß DIN EN 17463 nach höchstens 50 Prozent der Nutzungsdauer ein positiver Kapitalwert ergibt, begrenzt auf Maßnahmen mit einer Nutzungsdauer von höchstens 15 Jahren; für die Nutzungsdauer gelten die AfA-Tabellen des Bundesfinanzministeriums. Die Dreijahresfrist beginnt mit dem Abschluss der Re-Zertifizierung oder Verlängerungseintragung beziehungsweise mit der Fertigstellung des Energieaudits. Von der Veröffentlichung ausgenommen sind Informationen, die dem Schutz von Betriebs- und Geschäftsgeheimnissen oder der Vertraulichkeit unterliegen.
