The company has the completeness and accuracy of the implementation plans confirmed by certifiers, environmental verifiers or energy auditors before publication. On request by the Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control, the confirmation must be evidenced through the electronic template provided. The task is recorded separately from drawing up the plans because it requires a separate act by a qualified third party and carries its own administrative fine.

Das Unternehmen lässt sich die Vollständigkeit und Richtigkeit der Umsetzungspläne vor der Veröffentlichung durch Zertifizierer, Umweltgutachter oder Energieauditoren bestätigen. Die Bestätigung ist dem Bundesamt für Wirtschaft und Ausfuhrkontrolle auf Anfrage über die bereitgestellte elektronische Vorlage nachzuweisen. Die Aufgabe ist von der Erstellung getrennt erfasst, weil sie eine eigene Handlung durch eine dritte, fachlich qualifizierte Stelle verlangt und eigenständig bußgeldbewehrt ist.
