Description (English)
Administrative fine of up to one hundred thousand euro for an intentional or negligent infringement in the cases of Section 19(1), points 1, 5 and 7: failure to implement an energy or environmental management system, or implementing it incorrectly, incompletely or late, contrary to Section 8(1) or Section 12(1), also in conjunction with Section 12(5); failure to build or operate a data centre correctly contrary to Section 11(1) or (2), first sentence; or failure to avoid or reduce waste heat contrary to Section 16(1), first sentence.
Description (German)
Geldbuße bis zu hunderttausend Euro für die vorsätzliche oder fahrlässige Ordnungswidrigkeit in den Fällen des § 19 Absatz 1 Nummer 1, 5 und 7: wer ein Energie- oder Umweltmanagementsystem entgegen § 8 Absatz 1 oder § 12 Absatz 1, auch in Verbindung mit § 12 Absatz 5, nicht, nicht richtig, nicht vollständig oder nicht rechtzeitig einrichtet, wer ein Rechenzentrum entgegen § 11 Absatz 1 oder 2 Satz 1 nicht richtig errichtet oder betreibt, oder wer entgegen § 16 Absatz 1 Satz 1 Abwärme nicht vermeidet oder nicht reduziert.
