Description (English)
Administrative fine of up to fifty thousand euro for an intentional or negligent infringement in the other cases of Section 19(1): a missing, incorrect, incomplete or late implementation plan (point 2), a missing confirmation of the implementation plan (point 3), non-compliance with an enforceable order under Section 10, second sentence (point 4), missing or incorrect transmission of the data centre information (point 6), and missing or incorrect information and transmission regarding waste heat (points 8 and 9).
Description (German)
Geldbuße bis zu fünfzigtausend Euro für die vorsätzliche oder fahrlässige Ordnungswidrigkeit in den übrigen Fällen des § 19 Absatz 1: fehlender, fehlerhafter, unvollständiger oder verspäteter Umsetzungsplan (Nummer 2), fehlende Bestätigung des Umsetzungsplans (Nummer 3), Zuwiderhandlung gegen eine vollziehbare Anordnung nach § 10 Satz 2 (Nummer 4), fehlende oder fehlerhafte Übermittlung der Rechenzentrumsangaben (Nummer 6) sowie fehlende oder fehlerhafte Auskunft und Übermittlung zur Abwärme (Nummern 8 und 9).
