Obligations
Supply the label and product information sheet with every unit and re-supply them to dealers on request

Obtain the customer's explicit consent before software updates with adverse effects

Display the energy label in a visible manner, including in online distance selling
Make the product information sheet available to customers, in physical form on request
Obtain missing labels and product information sheets
State the energy efficiency class and the range of classes in advertising and technical promotional material
Do not use misleading or imitation labels
Cooperate with market surveillance authorities and remedy non-compliance without delay
Do not supply or display imitation labels for products not covered by a delegated act or not energy-related
On a rescaling, replace the labels within 14 working days and show no new scale before the date

For every model placed on the market under an own brand, enter the information listed in Annex I into the public part and the compliance part of the product database before the first unit is shipped, and record there when placing on the market ends.
