The dealer displays, in a visible manner, the label provided by the supplier for every unit of a product covered by a delegated act — in store as well as in online distance selling (Article 5(1)(a)). Where the label has to be visible and how it is to be shown in an online offer is laid down in the delegated act for the product group. For heater packages under Delegated Regulations (EU) No 811/2013, (EU) No 812/2013 and (EU) 2015/1187 the provision of the label is the dealer's responsibility alone; the supplier's duties under Article 4(1) and (2) do not apply to them (Article 4(5)). The time-limited replacement of labels after a rescaling stands alongside this as a separate obligation (Article 11(13)(c)).

Für Verbundanlagen aus Heizgeräten nach den Delegierten Verordnungen (EU) Nr. 811/2013, (EU) Nr. 812/2013 und (EU) 2015/1187 liegt die Bereitstellung des Etiketts allein in der Verantwortung des Händlers; die Pflichten des Lieferanten nach Artikel 4 Absätze 1 und 2 gelten für sie nicht (Artikel 4 Absatz 5). Der fristgebundene Austausch der Etiketten nach einer Neuskalierung steht als eigene Pflicht daneben (Artikel 11 Absatz 13 Buchstabe c).
