The dealer makes the product information sheet available to customers, including in physical form at the point of sale upon request (Article 5(1)(b)). The product information sheet is a document in its own right alongside the label and contains the parameters laid down for the product group in the delegated act. Where the dealer does not have a sheet, it obtains one under Article 5(3).
