Description (English)
Evaluate the arrangements recorded and their application for compliance with the equal pay requirement. Valid statistical methods must be used, the data must be broken down by sex and the protection of personal data must be preserved; the criteria in section 4 must be observed. The choice of analysis method and job evaluation procedure is left to the employer.

Die erfassten Regelungen und ihre Anwendung auf die Einhaltung des Entgeltgleichheitsgebots auswerten. Dabei sind valide statistische Methoden zu verwenden, die Daten nach Geschlecht aufzuschlüsseln und der Schutz personenbezogener Daten zu wahren; die Kriterien des § 4 sind zu beachten. Die Wahl der Analysemethode und des Arbeitsbewertungsverfahrens bleibt dem Arbeitgeber überlassen.
