Determine the comparable pay for the comparable activity named as the statistical median, extrapolated to full-time equivalents, of the average monthly gross pay and of the pay components named, in each case related to one calendar year. The reference group is the same pay or salary group at employers bound by or applying a collective agreement and in the case of statutory pay arrangements, otherwise all employees of the other sex performing the comparable activity. The median is not stated where the comparable activity is performed by fewer than six employees of the other sex.

Das Vergleichsentgelt für die benannte Vergleichstätigkeit als auf Vollzeitäquivalente hochgerechneten statistischen Median des durchschnittlichen monatlichen Bruttoentgelts und der benannten Entgeltbestandteile ermitteln, jeweils bezogen auf ein Kalenderjahr. Bezugsgruppe ist bei tarifgebundenen und tarifanwendenden Arbeitgebern und bei gesetzlichen Entgeltregelungen die gleiche Entgelt- oder Besoldungsgruppe, sonst die Gesamtheit der Beschäftigten des anderen Geschlechts mit der Vergleichstätigkeit. Der Median entfällt, wenn die Vergleichstätigkeit von weniger als sechs Beschäftigten des anderen Geschlechts ausgeübt wird.
