Description (English)
The Act entered into force on 6 July 2017. It was adopted as Article 1 of the Act to Promote Transparency of Pay Structures between Women and Men of 30 June 2017 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 2152) and entered into force under Article 3 of that Act on the day after promulgation. The text of the Act itself names that date in its transitional provision.

Das Gesetz ist am 6. Juli 2017 in Kraft getreten. Es wurde als Artikel 1 des Gesetzes zur Förderung der Entgelttransparenz zwischen Frauen und Männern vom 30. Juni 2017 (BGBl. I S. 2152) beschlossen und trat nach dessen Artikel 3 am Tag nach der Verkündung in Kraft. Der Gesetzestext selbst nennt dieses Datum in der Übergangsbestimmung.
