Description (English)
The version of section 22(4) amended by Article 25 of the Act implementing the Digitalisation Directive of 5 July 2021 has applied since 1 August 2022. Since then the report is disclosed in the Company Register and no longer published in the Federal Gazette.
Description (German)
Die durch Artikel 25 des Gesetzes zur Umsetzung der Digitalisierungsrichtlinie vom 5. Juli 2021 geänderte Fassung des § 22 Absatz 4 gilt seit dem 1. August 2022. Seither wird der Bericht im Unternehmensregister offengelegt und nicht mehr im Bundesanzeiger veröffentlicht.
