Description (English)
The amended disclosure provision applies for the first time to reports to be attached to management reports for a financial year beginning after 31 December 2021. The earliest financial year concerned begins on 1 January 2022.

Die geänderte Offenlegungsvorschrift ist erstmals auf Berichte anzuwenden, die Lageberichten für ein nach dem 31. Dezember 2021 beginnendes Geschäftsjahr beizufügen sind. Das früheste betroffene Geschäftsjahr beginnt am 1. Januar 2022.
