The supplier includes the information sheet in all product brochures in which the product model appears. Where it does not produce such brochures, it provides the information sheets with the documentation supplied with the products (section 4(3), sentences 1 and 2). Exception: for electric lamps under Annex 2 Section 1(1) point 7 sentence 2 does not apply; there the label supplied with the product counts as the information sheet where no product brochures are provided.
