Where the dealer displays covered products, it keeps available for handing out to end users the information sheets referred to in section 4(1), sentence 2, point 2(b) — that is, the sheets under Annex 1 point 5 or under the regulations listed in Annex 2 Section 1(1) (section 4(6)). Keeping available means that the sheet must be obtainable at the point of sale when an end user asks for it.
