Description
Whether the employer is bound by a collective pay agreement within the meaning of section 5(4), or applies collectively agreed pay arrangements within the meaning of section 5(5) and has declared to the works council under section 13(5) that it applies them. Section 22(1) sets the five-year reporting cycle for these employers; all other employers subject to the reporting duty report every three years under section 22(2).
