- The larger of the two numbers: parking spaces inside the building, or parking spaces adjacent to the building within the meaning of section 3 GEIG. The Act compares each of the two numbers separately with the same threshold ("more than five parking spaces inside the building or more than five parking spaces adjacent to the building"), so the larger one decides.
