Description

The company is a supplier or a dealer within the meaning of this Ordinance. A supplier within the meaning of section 2 no. 8 of the Energy Consumption Labelling Act is the manufacturer or its authorised representative in the European Union or the European Economic Area, or the importer, who places the energy-related product on the market in the European Union or the European Economic Area or puts it into service; failing these, any natural or legal person who places the energy-related product on the market or puts it into service. A dealer within the meaning of section 2 no. 12(a) of the Energy Consumption Labelling Act is a natural or legal person who offers an energy-related product to the end consumer for purchase, rental or similar use against payment, or displays it.
